How to Enrol in Our Academic Programs:
Step 1 | Let's Get You Enrolled
- Click on the 'Enrol' button.
- You will be taken to the Student Enrolment Page
- Choose a Student Username of your choice.
- This will also serve as your profile name on your personal dashboard, so using your real name is recommended.
- Complete the application form and select the course you wish to enrol in.
- Enter your email address.
- Create a password and confirm it by entering it again.
- Check the 'I’m not a robot' verification box.
- Click on SUBMIT
- You will be taken to a login form
Step 2 | Login to Your Profile
- Login using the username and password you just created
- You will also receive a welcome email introducing you to the Global Family.
Step 3 | Using Your Student Profile Page
- Once logged in you will be taken to the Student Profile page
- Next step will be to Register for your course
- In the meantime you could add a profile picture of yourself.
- Want to add a profile photo to enhance your dashboard experience? Simply navigate to Settings > Avatar, and upload your preferred image.
Step 4 | Course Enrolment and Payment
- Click on Register at the top – next to the menu
- Click on your selected course.
- Click 'Add to Cart',
- Next, click on VIEW CART. If it does not take you to the cart, click on CART in the menu bar at the top.
- Then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Complete the form, select your payment option. Either Yoco (card payments) or EFT.
- Next steps: If you selected Yoco you will be taken to a secure Yoco payment page. Do the payment and you will be good to go once your card transaction has been approved.
With EFT, you will receive an invoice which will reflect the bank detail. Do the EFT and forward proof of payment to admin@globalteam12.com.
Once the funds reflects in our bank account, you will be able to continue to the course.
- Insufficient funds? No problem! Visit our Bursary section on the main page and apply for financial assistance.
- Our academic board will review your application, and if approved, you will receive an email notification with a payment token to use at checkout.
- Chapter 1 will be unlocked.
Step 5 | Begin Your Journey
- Once enrolled, go to Student Profile.
- Scroll down to In Progress, select your current course and click on it.
- Your course page will open. Click on CONTINUE to watch videos, listen to audio, or read the content.
- After completing the learning material, click on the 'Quiz', take the examination, and click 'Complete' to proceed to the next chapter.
