Consequently, the target demographic includes responsible senior adolescents and adults committed to pursuing an education and training program aimed at acquiring marketable skills.
In a world marked by rapid technological advancements, a robust educational institution is imperative for Africa’s growth.
Team 12, the Theology Faculty of the prestigious, internationally acclaimed Global Institute for Church Growth, is at the forefront of this mission. Our success is built upon a strong and effective quality assurance mechanism that ensures compliance with legal requirements and promotes equality of opportunity and good relations with all stakeholders.
At Team 12, we understand the universal quest for purpose and direction. Our Theological Faculty is dedicated to guiding you through practical and relevant theology courses that reveal and fulfil your God-given purpose. Drawing from ancient Biblical instruction, we emphasize spiritual growth through the teachings of Jesus Christ and the holistic partaking of the Bread of Life.
Curriculum Focus and Accreditation
The instruction to the Israelites to “Eat the whole Lamb” and the symbolism of the 12 loaves on the table of showbread, with 6 loaves on each side, represent the six redemptive works of Jesus:
We are included in these six redemptive works. What was true for Him is true for us, symbolized by the 12 loaves of bread. Through this exploration, you will gain a deeper understanding of your inclusion in the redemptive works of the cross.
Our esteemed Team 12 course curriculum is a comprehensive theological journey designed to deepen your spiritual understanding and personal development through the multi-faceted Word of God. This program underscores the true inclusion of what Jesus accomplished on the cross for us and is symbolically represented by the 12 loaves of bread the priests had to consume. It teaches us to spiritually nourish ourselves on every aspect of The Word that became flesh.
Foundational Scriptures
The revelation of the following scriptures will be foundational to your experience:
• Acts 20:32 – Word of Grace
• Romans 10:8 – Word of Faith
• 2 Corinthians 5:19 – Word of Reconciliation
• Ephesians 1:13 – Word of Truth
• Philippians 2:16 – Word of Life
• Colossians 3:16 – Word of Christ
• Hebrews 1:3 – Word of His Power
• Hebrews 5:13 – Word of Righteousness
• Hebrews 7:28 – Word of the Oath
• Hebrews 13:22 – Word of Exhortation
We recognize the need to assist students in ‘eating the whole Lamb’ and holistically partaking in the Bread of Life. The distinguishing feature of the Team 12 course curriculum is its foundation on paradoxical realities rather than absolutes, creating ample room for personal and spiritual development through being established in the present truth (1 Peter 1:12). This philosophy has made the course theologically renowned, focusing on real-world application rather than merely theoretical concepts.
Kingdom Mindset
“I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord.” (Psalm 122:1)
To succeed in the Kingdom, our mindset must evolve from a “me” perspective to an “us” perspective. The disease of “me” always has the same inevitable result: “The Defeat of us!” One is too small a number to achieve greatness. There is a certain level of war that you cannot fight alone and a certain level of victory you simply cannot celebrate by yourself. The question isn’t whether I can do everything alone; it’s how soon I will realize that I cannot.
A Holistic Kingdom Approach
The focus of the curriculum ensures that, together, we are better. As we journey through these modules and courses, we will “PREPARE YOUR MINDS FOR ACTION!” (1 Peter 1:13). This holistic Kingdom approach will enable you to serve as a lamb and to reign as a king.
The curriculum has been compiled from many years of ministry and experience, including conducting mass crusades with up to 80,000 people in attendance, pioneering and overseeing numerous churches, and involvement with the theological faculties of several universities. It is geared towards growing and assisting local churches, equipping saints for ministry, and preparing those called into full-time ministry.
Accreditation
Due to its unique qualities and high standards of excellence, this curriculum has received full accreditation from the highest educational authorities in Africa and globally. The Global Institute for Church Growth has prophetically recognized the mandate upon the continent of Africa, realizing that the tables have turned. While Africa received missionaries from around the world in the past, Africa will now pioneer Kingdom establishments, especially in Europe. Therefore, we have expanded to Africa and entered into negotiations with the country that holds the widest recognition for academic accreditation.
For South African students, we are fully acknowledged by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). We are also fully accredited by the Higher Education Act No. 4 of 2013 and by the Zambian Qualifications Authority. Thus, besides the broader global recognition, all South African students will receive SAQA-acknowledged qualifications.
Recent correspondence from SAQA, after acknowledging and issuing a Bachelor of Theology to a student who studied through said institution, read as follows:
